In order to obtain bid documents and addenda please complete and submit the Requests for Bid Documents Form in its entirety. All packages posted on the website must be downloaded, and the website must be checked during the solicitation period to ensure all addenda and additional forms/information are received. Respondents are responsible for ensuring all documents are received, reviewed and incorporated into their response prior to the bid due date and time.

In order to conduct business with Meridian Technology Center all contractors must furnish:

If a contractor is submitting a bid they must include

  • Bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid
  • Proposal Guaranty
  • Business Relationship Affidavit
  • Non-collusion Affidavit
  • Felony Affidavit

Bonds to include

  • Performance Bond.
  • Statutory Bond.
  • Defect Bond

Failure to submit required documents may result in a contract, bid or quote being voided. MTC cannot make payment until all requirements are met. Payments are released the next day after approval by the board of education during a scheduled meeting. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with MTC payment policies to avoid complications. 2025 Road Improvement Project

Notice is hereby given that Meridian Technology Center will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Road Improvement Project on its Main Campus located in Stillwater, OK.

A complete set of electronic bidding documents and specifications may be obtained at no charge from Jeremy Zweiacker at Meridian Technology Center, 1312 South Sangre Road, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074, or by completing the Request for Bid Documents form available at www.meridiantech.edu/bids. Printed sets are available at a cost of $45.

Each bidder must include a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Bid security for unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the award of the contract or the rejection of their bids. Bid security for the successful bidder will be returned once the contract has been approved by the Meridian Technology Center Board of Education.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in E-129 – The Lecture Hall at 1:00 PM local time on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to ask questions.

Bids, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the bidder’s name and “FY25 Roadway Improvement Project,” shall be submitted via postal mail to the Superintendent’s Office, Meridian Technology Center, 1312 South Sangre Road, Stillwater, OK 74074, or delivered in person on or before 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024. Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the submission deadline will not be accepted.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room E-129 – The Lecture Hall immediately following the previously stated closing time.

The Board of Education or its representative will evaluate all bids and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any listed specifications.
