Meridian and Stillwater Chamber Present May 10 Lunchtime Learning: “How to Recognize and Cultivate the Ideal Team Player”
May 3, 2022

Every organization wants to identify, hire and develop ideal team players, but what steps do you take to actually do that?

Author Patrick Lencioni believes the best team members are humble, hungry and smart.

On May 10, as part of the Lunchtime Learning series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, Lorinda Schrammel will present “How to Recognize and Cultivate the Ideal Team Player.”

In this fast-paced session based on Lencioni’s recent bestseller of the same name, you will explore each of those virtues and learn how to build a culture of hiring and developing around those virtues. Whether you’re a leader trying to create a culture around teamwork, a manager looking to hire team players, or a team player wanting to improve yourself, this session will prove to be as useful as it is compelling.

Schrammel is the Chief Excellence Officer for Growth Training and Consulting and has been involved in talent development for over twenty years. An advocate of participant-centered training, Schrammel looks for opportunities to learn from everyone in class and in life as she believes we learn best from each other. She is a certified Gallup strengths coach, a past TedX speaker and a recipient of the Pike’s Peak Award presented annually for exemplary performance in participant-centered training. Schrammel holds various training certifications in multiple disciplines, and she serves as a national advisor for the Association for Talent Development.

Lunchtime Learning sessions are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Meridian’s campus. Registration is $15 per session and includes lunch.
