Building Corporate Culture – Spotlight on Rustic Cuff
April 16, 2018

To build a company that is successful focus needs to be on creating a strong corporate culture.

On April 27 as part of the ongoing Elevate Leadership series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, join Matt Griffin, Chief Operating Officer for Rustic Cuff, a Tulsa-based business with worldwide reach. Griffin will facilitate discussion and networking on building a corporate culture. In addition, he will share how the growing company established its culture, his role as its culture keeper and lessons he’s learned along the way.

“When Rustic Cuff transitioned from a home-based business to a company with products in over 250 boutiques across the country, owner Jill Donovan recognized that corporate culture and consistency would be key to not only the business’ growth but in creating customer loyalty,” said Marcy Luter, Leadership and Staff Development Training Coordinator, at Meridian Technology Center. “Donovan also knew that Matt Griffin was the perfect person to create and maintain Rustic Cuff’s corporate culture.”

Elevate Leadership sessions are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Meridian’s campus. Registration is $15 per session and includes lunch.
