Maintenance Personnel are responsible for performing general and routine maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, mechanical and electrical servicing for the organization’s facilities

Requirements:

Basic working knowledge of general mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, construction and repair.
Physically able to stand, walk, reach, pull, push, lift and crouch repeatedly
Knowledge of tools and equipment including cleaning products and chemicals
Knowledge of common maintenance procedures and safety measures
Routine heavy lifting
Knowledge of nursing home regulations is helpful
Customer service-oriented attitude
Must be able to pass criminal background check
