Students Graduate from Ditch Witch Academy
Six students recently graduated from the Meridian Technology Center Ditch Witch Academy. This program included coursework and hands-on training in the areas of safety, manufacturing fundamentals, communication and teamwork. Upon completion of the program, students have the technical skills required to receive a National Career Readiness Certificate, OSHA 10 and first aid certification.
In 2019, the Ditch Witch Training Academy trained 30% of Ditch Witch employees in the fields of production welder, production assembler, machine operator and painters. Graduates areare Matthew Dunbar, Bobby Martin, Dillon Apple, Ryver Bradford, Rhett Behara and Taylor Roberts.
