Meridian Technology Center and Stillwater Chamber Partner for HR Matters Series: “Lean In – Strengthening Your Organization’s Culture One Intentional Conversation at a Time”
April 1, 2019

How much do we potentially miss by looking at conversations through our own lens? How could we transform the way we do business by practicing to lean in and truly listen?

On April 9, as part of the ongoing HR Matters series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, Amie Harr will present Lean In – Strengthening Your Organization’s Culture One Intentional Conversation at a Time.

During this session, Harr will discuss how by laying down our own agendas and biases, asking the right questions and creating a space that cultivates potential and positivity, we will be able to uncover the creativity and uniqueness each individual brings and walk alongside them as they grow into their true selves.

Haar is the Coordinator for Training and Development at the OSU Foundation. She is passionate about many things, including her faith, her family, the power of a good belly laugh and education. She believes strongly in helping others to find their true purpose and does so by using tools such as the Gallup StrengthsFinder. She enjoys facilitating, coaching, writing strategy and mentoring.

HR Matters sessions are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Meridian’s campus. Registration is $15 per session and includes lunch.
