His commitment to both professional excellence and community betterment drives his coaching approach, ensuring entrepreneurs receive expert guidance grounded in real-world experience.

Brad assists new businesses and incubator clients through educational programming and one-on-one consulting in product development and marketing. He recruits new client companies, mentors startups, serves as a community liaison, and teaches entrepreneurship courses. Brad’s background is in product management and B2B marketing.

Erica’s goal is to help small businesses and start-ups flourish. After a career in retail and hospitality spanning over two decades, Erica has expertise in customer satisfaction, people operations, profit and loss analysis, and action planning. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University as well as a Certified Professional credential through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Chris Baer is an Administrative Assistant at The Peak, Meridian’s business incubator in Guthrie. Chris has worked at Meridian since 2020 and excels in organizing tasks like data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping. His commitment to continuous learning and strong communication skills make him an invaluable asset to the team.
