On April 10 as part of the ongoing HR Matters series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, join Chrissy Medeck, Vice President and Executive Coach at Tulsa’s Bank of Oklahoma Financial, as she facilitates discussion and networking on how successful employees use a combination of their IQ (job skills, knowledge) and EQ (behaviors) to successfully navigate their career development.
“Discussion will also be held regarding elements of emotional intelligence and exploring which aspects of EQ each participant is strong in or would like to further develop,” said Marcy Luter, Staff and Management Development Training Coordinator at Meridian Technology Center.
Medeck is a certified Executive Leadership Coach through the Neuro Leadership Group and the International Coaching Federation. She holds certifications in 360 Degree Leadership Assessment, Vital Smarts Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability, Emergenetics, Pro-Edge Presentation Skills, Gallup Employee Engagement and Strengths Finder, Franklin Covey’s Speed of Trust, and Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership and Situational Self Leadership.
