Burnout. Many women in America have experienced it, and they are stuck in a cycle of feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Expensive self-care isn’t the answer, and neither is the insistence that we strive for the impossible goal of “having it all.”
On February 24, Anna Irwin will present “Beyond Stress: Banishing Burnout in Women” as part of the Recharge: A Series for Women programming offered by Meridian Technology Center and the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce.
This discussion-rich program will remind you that you are enough, just as you are—and that true wellness is within your reach. Attend this session to gain strategies for simple, science-based steps to help women minimize stress, manage emotions, and live a more joyful life.
