Five Signs It’s Time for a Company Culture Overhaul
October 22, 2020

When a company’s performance isn’t at its best, employee competence and commitment are frequently blamed.

Quite often, though, it’s the company culture that needs an adjustment.

On November 17, as part of the Lunchtime Learning series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, Amy Harr will present “Five Signs It’s Time for a Company Culture Overhaul.”

During this session, Harr will explore the patterns of behavior that indicate your culture may need a facelift. She will also offer strategies to overcome those behaviors and convert your organization to a high functioning and values-driven culture, where you and your colleagues can thrive.

Harr is passionate about many things, including her faith, family, the power of a good belly laugh, and how the world can thrive through education. She believes strongly in helping others find their true purpose through individual coaching, team facilitation, or large group training, specializing in communication, relationship building, and presence. As a nationally certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Amie comes alongside and teaches others how to best show up for themselves and those around them. Outside of owning her own business, Amie loves being with her husband Josh, their three beautiful children Ava, Miles, and Warren, cracking open a new book, drinking a good cup of coffee, exploring the outdoors, and spending an evening at the theater.

Lunchtime Learning sessions are from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will take place virtually using Zoom. Registration for the November 17 training is $10. Lunchtime Learning sessions take place twice a month. Individuals can register for the entire series or individual courses. For complete descriptions of each session or to enroll, visit meridiantech.edu/lunchtime or contact Marcy Luter at marcyl@meridiantech.edu. Once registration has been confirmed, participants will receive a secure link to join the meeting.
